The issue is NOT with ICECO but with CAPIT Contacted CAPIT regarding price adjustment shortly after purchasing item. NO acknowledgement or response to date. Expected a basic level of customer service from CAPIT but it appears they are like so many of these retailers today; more interested in keeping the few bucks now than building a customer base for life.

Requires continued power on hot days,. The lids are convenient but lack practical quality (extreme lacking seal on lid.) The Holes on the wire baskets are large to the point of transferring items with it is pointless as a can Of Pop will fall through it.reqrires extra large portable powersource. But when I did have power it functions wonderfully keeping items cold .

Works great good quality, using it as a freezer at -18c.
