nice bag, a couple of frustrating design flaws

I love the bag, it’s sturdy and nice looking. However the leather bag has no snaps on the bag to attach the cover. The cover snaps to itself, but you have to figure a way to loop the snaps through something on the bag to secure it, and it’s a tight fit doing that. I googled videos, and they had the same issue; I chatted with customer service but they didn’t have an answer. There is also no handle on front to help lift it to the cart, only a handle in the back. These two things sound small, but are very frustrating. Otherwise, I love the bags.

Everything was great but when I received my Logo name pouch the name was not straight. I sent in a message to support but haven’t heard anything back yet.
