Two sno-go bikes

"I recently bought two snow bikes, and overall, I’m pretty pleased with them—they’re a blast to ride! That said, my experience wasn’t perfect. On the first bike, assembly was a headache: the clips were swapped, one bolt on the handlebar mount was wrong, and a part malfunctioned right out of the box. I reached out about the warranty, and while they did send a replacement part, I think the issue was a manufacturing error that needs better quality control. I ended up making my own fix, which actually works better. The second bike, though, was spot-on—no issues, everything worked as it should. These bikes have so much potential, and I love riding them, but the company could step up their R&D and double-check parts before shipping.

Spare Part

The part arrived as expected. The website picture should really be changed; I expected a bolt to accompany the QR mount. I don’t recall, at the time of ordering, seeing any info stating it was not included.
