Redken Shades EQ Gloss Equalizing Conditioning Color 2 oz

I had to wait days and days after product was supposed to get to me a on said day, which things do happen and there are delays but when I reached out to company about it I got some generic reply and I didnt feel like I was being heard. I don't know if this was a one time thing but I will probably give one more chance and if I have another issue I will not order from company again. I had a date to do someone's hair and I didnt feel like I mattered at all sadly.
