I think they will help with not having an extra oar since I don't get into much whitewater. Time will tell.

Much better than my other tethers.

My other tethers don't have the metal ring, and they tend to bind up on the oar at the wrong time. These NRS tethers solve that problem, they are very fluid and let the oar slide around much better which is key in the rapids.

Essential for not losing your oars.
