Gareth Fuller: Map of DC and The Declaration of Independence 1000-Piece Double Sided Jigsaw Puzzle

Challenging but super fun for our 250th anniversary

With the help of a magnifying glass, I did the map side of the puzzle. it was challenging but made easier by being able to reference the Declaration of Independence on the other side. It helped orient and locate the map puzzle pieces. The puzzle pieces were loosely fitted which added to the challenge. Kudos to the artist who drew the map of DC. Fun references to DC landmarks. I plan to do the Declaration of Independence side next. Will be easier.

Maddening puzzle with a too-small picture to work from

This puzzle is a real challenge, which I’m enjoying in a kind of annoyed and time-consuming way. I’ve almost finished it. But my eyes may never be the same! With something that has this level of detail and lots of little repeated elements, the complete image on the insert (as opposed to the partial illustration on the box) really needs to be larger. It’s the only complaint I’ve ever had about a Pomegranate puzzle!

Who doesn't want a two sided puzzle? I mean, it is awesomely clear in design and frame able in a clear glass frame!
