Let it cool a bit
This coffee took a bit to grow on me but once it did it is my go-to in the morning. I use it with the v60 pour over works great for that. It is a less acidic coffee than what I'm used to for pour over, but as it cools the root beer flavors and a bit of acidity comes foward. Really enjoying this one!

Decently matching the taste profile. I prepared it as a pour over and tasted it in three distinct temperatures (hot, warm, cooled off). I don't know if I would go as far as saying it as rootbeer/sarsaparilla notes. Its definitely a bright coffee with some zest to it. But for something with it's profile and description I expected a lot more.
