I received the wrong bracelet (the one I'm holding in the picture was not what I ordered). I was very sad, it was meant to be our 34th wedding anniversary gift. I was hopeful because I received a prompt response and a promise that they would send the correct bracelet. I was very surprised at the quick and courteous care, but unfortunately, they sent the same wrong bracelet again. Even more surprising, Treat Republic responded again and sent the correct bracelet on the third try. He absolutely loves it and I am very happy with it. Kudos to Treat Republic for their excellent response and willingness to take care of customers. The bracelet really is fantastic as well.
