Lasting Effects Soft Glide Eyeliner

I love it so smooth and stays on forever! When I go fishing at 6am and home at 8pm it’s still on perfectly no smudges whatsoever! I love it!

I really like that it is soft and does glide very easily on your eyelid. The navy blue is perfect. I gave it 4 stars because it needs to be sharpened and no sharpener came with the liner. I thought it was automatic or I wouldn't have purchased it.

I love the Lasting Effects Soft Glide Eyeliner pencil in dark blue on my hazel, green and gold eyes. It goes on without tugging and stays on until I take it off. I am fair, so black eyeliner can be too harsh. I also love the light beige pencils as concealer on small facial discolorations.
