Lasting Effects Soft Glide Eyeliner

I decided to try the green pencil! It goes on like butter and stays put until I remove it!! I will purchase more colors!

Best eye liner I have ever used!! I have tried many!! I’m 73 and the eyelids move more so really need an eyeliner that glides on. Only thing is I need to find out if they have a sharpener. I have one but right for it and chewing it up.
