I have sent numerous messages stating that you have supplied a totally different product to what was advertised on your website with different ingredients and capsule mcg. Your website had pictures on the Healthetics BPC 157 which is what I paid for. Now I am getting stuffed around by-your organisation saying my request has been passed to another area. I am going to continue to leave poor feedback on Google Review and Trustpilot until I get a favourable outcome. False and misleading information is fraud.

BPC-157 is a good product. Yours took much too long to arrive (over 1 month). I cannot tell yet if it is having any effect (hopefully it is the real thing). SO many fake products out there. Is there any way you can verify the authenticity of your product and improve the delivery time?

The product that came was not what was received. The one that I purchased was labeled “pharmaceutical grade” and was not labeled “dietary supplement”. The one I got was labeled dietary supplement and not pharmaceutical grade, and you do not refund dietary supplements but this was only on page two of . You would only give credit. Not acceptable. You said that it was the same product, and only the packaging was new, but you still use the old photo. How do I trust your company and product??
