The coffee has a beautifully balanced nutty profile, a rich and persistent crema, and holds its character even when the grind isn’t spot-on. That kind of forgiveness in a bean speaks volumes about the roast quality and blend integrity. Also, at this price per kilo, the value is outstanding. It’s rare to find beans this good at a price that doesn’t make you wince per cup. Even friends and colleagues around me—many of whom are serious coffee connoisseurs—have commented on how impressive the quality is.
