The dress is adorable and Belle Cher responded with urgency when I originally requested an exhange for another dress in a different size. They requested that I pay for the shipping label for the new dress, which I was happy to do. I have not heard from them since they requested said payment. I emailed their support team twice now requesting a shipping update or even an order number to no avail. In short, the dress is so incredibly cute but the customer service does not seem to exist?
