The this is more about the 8' extension needed with this. Yes they don't come as one kit the strap is separate. The new extension shaft is to thick and binds up on the rollers. Poor design. It works that is why I gave it 2 stars.

Called customer service about ordering. He gave me detailed instructions and I got exactly what I needed. Fast and easy.

I was told the strap was longer but it is the same size as my current strap.
