Scalp Fertilizer

I love this scalp fertilizer. I use it to apply a hair grow oil. It's super easy to fill and applies the perfect amount. I no longer have to use a dropper and my fingers.

I love how it evenly distributes the serum. I love that im not wasting any of it.
