clean ingredients
glad to find some gels made with clean ingredients. they taste amazing. dates are great fuel for running and hiking

Sticky packets
Unfortunately when I opened the box there was sticky date residue all over the packets even though nothing had exploded
The taste of it is quite nice but the consistency is quite thick ( exactly how mashed dates would be ) but I guess I thought it would have a thinner consistency so it would squeeze out easier
