The original order I got was wonderful. It was on time well-made and wonderful fabrics. I have placed another two orders over a month ago and one maybe a week ago. I needed these for a birthday present that is upcoming. I have politely written them at least three times And then wrote a more frustrated email within the last week. I have not heard a word they have accepted my payment which I am going to need to ask my credit card company to investigate. It’s super disappointing to make this experience public but I don’t want anyone else to deal with them. The bags are great, I use the two I have often. You’ll be able to find great bags somewhere else with customer service who cares.
