It’s unreal

I absolutely love the keyboard. The feel is just pure quality it’s heavy the sound is impeccable. I am not much of a gamer I use the keyboard and mouse combo for work from my home office and honestly it has made work much more enjoyable. Can’t get enough of it

Unable to use the product because my wife relies heavily on the number pad (I didnt realize) and hadnt opened the product. Ive messaged the company 5 times for a return because it’s the only way to get ahold of them. They have a 7 day return period and they take 24-48 hrs to respond. They try to stall and waste time as Ive told them that it’s unopened and reason for return, they then replied asking why I needed to return it even after I told them (delaying). I replied telling them again and asked if I could just return the package they then followed up (36 hrs later) and asked if I would keep it and theyd refund 10% of the sale price (delaying again). They make the return process practically impossible and will be livid if this isnt fixed. I have almost 90k followers on Instagram and 40k on Youtube and will make it a priority to let others know of my experience. It’s bad business and unethical.

Excelente teclado, el diseño se ve increíble y la calidad de construcción se siente premium. Las teclas son muy cómodas, la iluminación RGB luce muy bien y el rendimiento en juegos y escritura es excelente. Definitivamente cumple con lo que promete y vale mucho la pena. Lo único que no me gustó fue el envío, ya que el paquete llegó muy frágil y venía abierto. Afortunadamente el producto no tuvo daños, pero deberían mejorar más la protección del empaque.
