Star Noir Tallow Shaving Soap

Brilliant soap!

Despite being described as a stubborn, powdery finish the lather is incredible. The scent is on par with Spitfire and the design appears to pay respects to “Labyrinth” by Mark Wallinger; the mazes found in London Underground stations. Nothing but 5 stars!

A lovely subtle scent

I really like this. The shaving feel is great and it lathers easily, and the scent is lovely, while more subtle than some, it has a decent longevity lasting well into the evening. It makes wearing a mask for public transport a much more pleasurable experience. Can't attest to it's resemblance to Minotaure as I haven't tried that, but I may splash some cash if it's similar

Not quite Minotaure, but nice smell anyway!

Being a life-long fan of Minotaure I was a little disappointed that the smell wasn't as close as I had hoped. However, it is still a very nice smell and, although initially a bit too sweet and powdery for my taste, it settles down into a very nice fragrance and lasts well. The shaving experience is exceptionally good. Lathers perfectly every time and provides plenty of glide.
