Lack of Communication and Follow-up

I paid for my garden design on June 9, almost two months ago. I understood that the final plans would take some time to complete, and I was fine with that. However, I was told that I would receive an initial draft to review, and I never received it. It has been over a week since I was expecting that first draft, and I still have not received anything. I have called several times, left voicemail messages, and no one has returned my calls or provided any updates about my project. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

I felt rather rushed in the conversation. Karen did not appear enthusiastic and in fact she interrupted me at times and did state that she has other commitments and need to get through this as I was asking her perspectives pr was letting her know of my preferences. etc. she seemed more interested to sell plants than design landscape.
