Veloma Antifungal Soap®

Soap is wonderful no complaints at all just so we are clear. What isn’t good is the marketing, they never redpond to emails so don’t bother trying. The soap should stand on its own merit but they tricked me into a discounted deal for 3 bars but in the small print it was a monthly order which given I only use 1 bar a month was three times over my actually need. Tried to cancel by email but no response to 3 emails so had to resort to unsubscribing on the website. At the moment I have 3 bars in stock and will buy more when they are used in 3 or 4 months.

The product itself really works. It’s great. Unfortunately, two orders paid and not received. I’ve reached out to the customer services and each time they ask me to confirm my address again as it’s not valid, however I received my first two orders without issue. I’ve reached out again and still no further forward so I’ve cancelled my subscription. It’s a shame because the soap itself is spot on and would consider ordering again if the lack of delivery and poor customer service issues were addressed and reassurances given.

Great procduct. Just wish the bars lasted longer. I get about 6-8 showers out of a bar. So order accordingly to get yourself through a month.
