1.5 Degree ZS56-ZS56 Angle Headset- To Suit Tapered Steerer Tube

Modifications required to fit.

The works head set appears to be made to a very high quality. The machining, annodize, bearing fit are great. But it did not fit my frame without modifications. I needed to put each cup in a lathe, attempt to get it running true, and turn a 3mm 45° chamfer. As my particular frame does not allow enough depth of insertion to accommodate the Works cups. I would think this is a rare case, and the headset would likely fit 99% of frames out there. But it definitely does not fit all frames. Works did offer to return and refund me, but I opted to modify it for my application. They also had lightning fast replies to my email correspondence and were happy to discuss my idea of turning it down.

Works angle set worked as it should! Easy install. Machined beautifully!
