I recently ordered a Fagaci trimmer. After using it once a small piece of the blade cracked off making it difficult to use. I contacted Fagaci Customer Service and they immediately sent me a replacement blade that worked perfectly . The trimmer works very well, I love it! Great product and great Customer Support!
