Crushed Cookies

My order arrived within the time frame promised. The mamba was fine however the 'Bonbon Amidon' were all crushed and arrived as powder. My first order was similar but I thought it was an accident. I realize that the packing peanuts don't really do much for the cookies. Could we try bubble wrapping the cookies prior to adding peanuts.
