Absolutely pristine. I checked the battery cycles and it’s only at 6, which is exactly what you'd expect from a brand new machine after factory testing and quality checks. It is effectively a zero mileage laptop. As advertised, it doesn't come with a warranty but the hardware is perfect and the transparency was top notch. I’ll definitely be back for my next upgrade!
