Absolutely not a 3” lift in any way, shape, or form. More like 2”. The quality seems good so far and they look great on my feet. You will definitely have your heels up high and you’ll be compensating for that when you walk so practice at home first! You’ll get used to them. So overall while this store is guilty of some exaggeration they do add some height and they look good.
