For the most part it’s great. The conflicting closing times and saying something is ready right before they close isn’t good. Some people travel to get there. That mean’s it isn’t ready the day they say it’s really another day to get your prints. Most important is the rush fee. There should be a 2hr or so “ready-by” with that. To pay $35 then still have to wait all day isn't a rush. Answering the phone every time it rings would be great customer service. It rarely gets answered. The prints do come out fire though.

This is a great establishment. I’ve been with them for about four years now they care about the customer. They have great turnaround time and they’re always there when we need and I appreciate the great work that they do.
