Missed the mark a bit

This one was a disappointment compared to the other three turbans I have. The material is stiff like quilter’s cotton, whereas the other ones I’ve ordered have been a very fluid material with a lot of drape. The stiffness makes it harder to tie. Any wonky folds are much harder to hide. Plus there’s a weird characteristic of the print that makes it look like the ink was smudged. I had to look twice to make sure it was actually the print and not an error. It looks like a mistake, but it is repeated across the fabric, so I know it’s the print. I doubt I’ll wear this as much as my other turbans sadly. This print had so much potential.

Grosse déception!

Très déçue par cette commande. L’article reçu présentait des traces de moisissure, ce qui est inacceptable pour un produit neuf. J’ai contacté le service client à deux reprises, les 21/05 et 28/05, sans obtenir la moindre réponse à ce jour (06/06). Le retour a été effectué et confirmé comme réceptionné le 30/05, je suis dans l’attente de mon remboursement. Cette absence de communication est particulièrement décevante.
