Christmas Velvet Ears

The green bow came undone after one day of use. I’ve chatted with customer service and sent pictures. I haven’t gotten a response. These are poor quality and bad craftsmanship. I wouldn’t recommend them. They are cheap materials and the glue they are using is not working. I wish I would’ve waited to buy actual ears at the parks. These are definitely not worth the price.

Love the ears! Super comfortable wore them the moment I left to Disney till I change into my PJ’s back at the hotel. The team is very great at communicating I had some questions and they got back to me within a couple hours. Overall amazing!
