If the Finish wasn’t so rough they would get 5 stars. There is a black coating over the galvanized coating. Otherwise, the hinges are heavy duty and work great for my 200lb plus barn doors. I used heavy duty square lag bolts on the straps instead of the provided Phillips screws to give the straps more to hang onto and look a little more old. Very good customer service. Eddy was very helpful suggesting these hinges. Very pleased.
