As described & great support

The top close hinges on a dresser were starting to lock up & make snapping noises. I did an image search & came across the Toy Box lid supports. They seemed like they were the same thing. However, I needed some additional info that wasn't on the website. I called the support # and spoke with a rep. He was able to grab one of them and then take the measurements that I needed. We then went over the spring ratings to make sure that the supports that I selected would be a close replacement for the 35+ year old hinges. The parts were packaged securely & shipped quickly. I would order from them again.
