Jennifer was very accommodating. She received my apologies for not understanding the web site. I inadvertently ordered 3 sets of Left Hinges. ( I was ordering spares. I really only needed the top right hinge for my cabinet door,
Jennifer was gracious, didn’t chastise me in any way and set me a pair if right hinges.
