Wool Felt Hat Australian Outdoor

Being at 59.5cm, it was recommended to go to XL since it barely put me out of the L range. I was so excited to finally get my hat yesterday, but was disappointed as to how ginormous the XL felt on my head and had immediate regrets with going up in size. I did put the included hat size adjustments in and it feels better, but can’t help but wonder if the L would have been a better fit. Being a glass half full kind guy, I’m looking at it as the now slight looseness creating some breathability since it’s not so snug. I’ve ordered some more strips from Amazon to fine tune the fit if I feel it’s necessary. Now to the positives. Absolutely love the Pecan color, shape and coverage., plus it came in a very nice box that supported the hat. I’ll be putting it to the test when I move to Oregon this summer and start camping, hunting and bushcraft in the various weather conditions. I don’t know what or how efficient the return/exchange policy is, but I was satisfied enough to not want to have to deal with, or experience it. I would definitely recommend Bigalli, but would order L next time to see if the size up was actually necessary, and the only reason for deducting one star.
