This toner is the best!
Most toners are just fancy water. This one is so silky smooth and gives instant hydration and glow. It does need to be pumped into the hands due to its texture but you don't want to waste this stuff anyway! As with all Lira products, the scent is amazing and it's filled with minerals and plant stem cells. Highly recommend to any routine!
