LENNOX Half-Zip Bubblegum Pink

Ive ordered 20+ half zips in the last few years and never had an issue, but this is the second order in recent months I’ve received a stained jumper. I received a lovely bubble gum pink half zip with a black mark in the middle of it. And they come wrapped in plastic so i dont even understand how it gets marked? Same thing happened with a lilac one i ordered. Honestly its put me off ordering again

Got it for my wife this is her 5th one, and she loves them so much she said they are nice,comfortable, and warm

I'm a size 16 and the XL was nice a long and a little loose. I'm really happy. The only issue I have is it has to be hand washed. It says not suitable for washing machine. It's super cosy and nice but the handfasting is a bit of an inconvenience... I woukd however order another
