Cookie Sandwiches

It’s hard to find a keto friendly cookie with good texture that is not dry and tastes like coconut. These are moist and really taste great!

I think the quality has gone down in terms of taste and texture. Most of the time the cookies are more and more dry and lack the flavor I used to love. Or maybe I have just had enough over the years!
