Beautiful collar and leash! Excellent customer service and incredible craftsmanship. The great thing about a custom handcrafted leather leash and collar is the ability to communicate with a human being at Popov. I forgot to add my pup’s name and I measured incorrectly. They helped me with both of my errors and their service was exceptional. I expected a longer lead time, which would have been worth it, and it still came much quicker than expected! Amazing, highly recommend!
