Essential gear for shoulder seasons

I’m 5’11 and just under 200lbs. The XL fits me correctly. For a dry top, this is comfortable. The arms never felt restrictive and it keeps splashing water out. The latex gaskets keep the water out. The latex neck gasket is extremely tight. I wear a 16.5 inch shirt collar and I needed to trim the gasket so there were only 2 rings left the gasket. I don’t know what big people wear, but once trimmed the gasket was snug, but not overly tight. I have been drenched by spray, waves coming over my deck and rain and have not had water coming in through the sleeves or neck. I would purchase again. I have worn this in 50 degree air temps and with only a short sleeve merino wool t-shirt I did not overheat. The fabric is breathable, and except where my back was against the backrest of my kayak, I was not building up moisture/sweat. The pocket is well placed and big enough for a phone, wallet, and keys.
