SISU Staple Hoodie

I originally ordered a medium Sisu sweatshirt, but the fit was a bit too tight. I reached out to customer service to request an exchange for an extra-large to get a looser fit. They responded the same day, sent me a return label immediately, and even shipped out the replacement before receiving my exchange. Outstanding service. Sisu continues to impress me—I own several of their products, including the Charlie sauna, and every experience has been nothing but positive. Truly a great company.
