This is definitely a lip treatment, as it is extremely effective in soothing dry dehydrated lips. It is so nice that I find myself using less lipstick or stain and just using this because it feels and looks so great. This has become a staple product especially for the summer months. I also have very sensitive skin and the lemon and mint notes are light enough to know it’s there but definitely not overpowering, which I appreciate.
