To work, has to b frozen a few hours before use each time. Also comes with list of legal exclusions dismissing liability if anything goes wrong.

After first freeze, the gel came together in one single ball / location and now it will not flatten out. I've let it get back to room temp and it is still hardened to a point it won't work. My phone won't go into the case. Couldn't even use it once...

Never use the sauna with out it!
