One of my co-workers was going to a DG week seminar, and I had forgotten to get the books - this is really bad, it was about 10 days before the class. I found the books on the website, but past experience has thought me that just because you buy them, doesn't mean they will ship them asap. So I called and the agent on the other line assure me they had it in stock and would shipped the very next day. I got to say, this was definitely a life saver, the books got here on time and my co-worker was able to take them with him, no problem.
