Size 11/ hapf feels like a 15 in size very off. I want my money back

Kinda cheap the picture doesnt match the product material in the back is shiny for example it looks low quality in person

Honestly! I dig the design. I’ve been holding off on buying myself a pair of shoes for awhile. Until i asked my wife if it was ok. She gave me the green light and i was pumped. I didnt realize these were going to be shipped from overseas. As an American, we need to have more patience. I was expecting them withing a little over a week. But ended up receiving them about 22 days later. Which is fine. Customer service responded in a timely manner to my questions. My only complaint would have to be the traction. If i were running away from a wild bear. I would probably get got. Haha. Again; love the design. Need better traction. Thank you MLO
