The Darling Dress

Bought a skirt and dress during a sale. The wrong dress was sent, and customer service confirmed they could exchange for the dress I actually ordered once they received the package. The link they shared to start the process noted that the customer is responsible for shipping fees, which I would have understood had I been returning the item I actually ordered. Instead I received something I do not want and am now expected to pay to return. I followed up requesting a label, but have not received any response. Overall poor customer service and shipping processes. A business mistake should not require additional fees from the impacted customer.

absolutely love this dress!! I got a small and I’m 5’6 and it fits like a glove and is so comfortable. I love the adjustable straps and I’m excited to wear this out!
