This company not only cares about making great products, but they actually care about their customers. I am a first time buyer from them, and even then, they made sure I was happy and well taken care of. I have a 2019 CRF450RX. I ordered a graphics kit, and while they didnt not have an option for the RX, (instructions said write in notes if my model is not listed) I failed to make it clear that my bike was not the R. The RX has a bigger fuel tank, making the shroud a bit different. When I received the kit, I did not realize I had made the mistake. I sent them pictures and an email. The owner (Nick) called me, and after some discussion, I knew that I had made the mistake, not them. I was able to do some trimming, and make it work out decently. Nick still offered to send the correct graphics for my shroud. What company do you know of that the owner will call and do this!? That experience awarded them with a lifetime customer.
