sizing was off for my 9year old

I was frustrated when after calling the store to find out about the difference between two gee's on the web site, both advertised a medium weight and otherwise looked identical, but the price difference was $20! After having the phone passed around to three different people, the last finally told me that the more expensive was made of 100% cotton and the other was a poly blend. This was not specified on the web site. Then I checked for sizing and according to the chart, bought an size even smaller than suggested, but when it arrived and even after washing it twice in hot water and a hot dryer, it is still so large. There was no age or size measurement for the belt sizes either so we ended up ordering a belt that was also too large. I am very disappointed by the customer service by phone and online, though the quality of the gee itself is really great and I am sure it will all work out as she grows into it.
