After pulling and pushing my husband (and hurting myself in the process), I will now be able to safely transfer him from bed to wheelchair and from wheelchair to toilet with Danson's SA350 Compact Electric Stand Assist.

We were excited to receive this lift for my son who is rehabilitating from neurosurgery to help him transfer in and out of bed. However, upon assembling the equipment and charging the battery the battery would not charge. After contacting technical support who had us check many steps in the process of charging the battery we were told the battery was drained and a new battery will be shipped to us. Although disappointed we could not use the stand assist right away we looked forward to getting the new battery. Four days later we received the new battery, and I was pleased that the packing slip noted the battery was tested before shipping. The stand assist works great and much less stress on our backs to help my son in and out of bed. Juls(technical support person) was very helpful.

Consideration

I did buy a special machine for help lift to my wife and I paid $1000 dollars. When this machine arrived, I had a meeting with my wife doctor and her therapist, and both professionals determined this machine does not the correct machine for my wife, I never used this machine and then I asked to the company information for return it but The company told me they don't accept returns, That's fear, We are a poor family and we need the money back to use in medications and special therapees for my wife. Please consider my situation and accept the return of this machine,
