1) I love the fresh, peppery flavor on its own or in a salad.. 2) I can use the bottle within its freshest 'after harvest' date. 3) Of course, it is more expensive than getting Olive Oils from local stores, but the high polyphenol count and freshness of this product are worth the cost to me and my health. 4) This is my second order.

I enjoy this oil, it is nice and peppery and just great on my salads. It really takes my basic salads to the next level.

The real deal -- transparency matters!

I love this olive oil! It is nice to have the origin of the olive oil, as well as the harvest date and the harvest batch clearly marked on the bottle!
