Handmade Peanut Stress Ball Three Different Feel Ball

Ordered Crunchy mango and Crunchy peanut and recieved broken crunchy mango and vaseline peanut. I emailed them with a video of the peanut showing that they sent me the wrong filled squishy and the manager responds with “yes that right” they didnt even read the email right or watched the video. All i wanted was my $11.99 clay bead crunchy peanut and i got the complete wrong item with a broken squishy on top of that, i never write reviews unless i have a terrible response or just terrible customer service! Please get this correct! And actually read your emails correctly. All im asking is for a clear and simple response and the right items.

The skin is thick and the filling is also somewhat thick in a way. I was expecting more stretch and for it to be thinner but i like it.
