Too skinny
I bought this is a front for my dirt commuter, moving the same iteration of a mezcal to the rear. Both 2.2. The barzo is easily 15% narrower. Disappointing- moved it to back. Otherwise nice tire. Long term vittoiria user

Solid Performance

Exceeded expectations!
I grabbed this to slap on my front wheel for an upcoming XC race (Mezcal XCR in back). I was coming from more trail oriented tires, so I was stunned at how fast these go! I was expecting some loss in grip with the transition but honestly there has been none. I was worried about running these too often on my local trails before the race, due to prominent rocks, but I’ve kept the sidewalls intact so far by being a bit cautious. The tread section is clearly quite durable, so no concerns there. Great fast tire!
