Placed my order on may 4th, My order was scheduled to ship on May 18 but was not received until June 2. Unfortunately, the items arrived damaged. I also found customer service difficult to reach, and in-store staff were unable to provide assistance beyond directing me to the AI chat. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
